Air Corps Memories - Book

Air Corps Memories is a complete visual inventory of the aircraft types operated by the Irish Air Corps since 1922 to date.
The book contains twelve pages - four prints per page. The same set of prints is also available in a framed set. The individual prints were created and printed in black ink, and subsequently hand-coloured. The covers and endpapers are decorated with screenprinted montages of aircraft types.
The book is bound in the Japanese Board style.

About Original Prints

An original print is a work of art created by hand and printed by hand, either by the artist, from a plate, block, stone, or stencil that has been hand created by the artist for the sole purpose of producing the desired image.
Each of the prints is in a Limited Edition (A print run of a set length that is not exceeded or reprinted).
Each print is signed and numbered by Aidan Flanagan the artist to guarantee its quality, and that the edition is limited to the declared number of prints.
The Limited Edition for each print varies. In general, the larger size prints are in smaller Editions. Details regarding Edition size and number of layers accompanies each print.
By contrast, a reproduction print is a copy of an existing artwork. I do not produce reproduction prints.
